MoroccoEntry was born from a simple observation: foreigners who invest or settle in Morocco deal with ten different intermediaries who do not talk to each other. We put them in one place, in four languages, with one person responsible for your file.
What we do, and what we do not
We source, negotiate, coordinate and manage. We do not replace the notary, the lawyer, the architect or the bank: we choose them, brief them in your language, and make sure every signature happens on time and every document ends up in your client area.
The fund and the services are separate on purpose
The MoroccoEntry Fund invests pooled capital in land, property and businesses and pays annual dividends. The services, residency, banking, property search, construction, management, legal, are billed per engagement with fixed fees. You can use one without the other, and we will never push the fund to someone who just wants a house.
