Terms of service

These terms govern the services provided by Dunes Labs SARL (“) through moroccoentry.com and by its advisors. By requesting a service you accept them; each engagement is detailed in a written proposal or mandate.

1. Services

MoroccoEntry provides advisory, intermediation, coordination and management services in five areas: investment fund, residency & banking, property search & construction, property management, and legal & documentation. Regulated acts are performed by licensed professionals.

2. Proposals and fees

Every service starts with a written proposal stating scope, timing, documents and fees. Fees are fixed per service unless stated otherwise; property management is a percentage of rental income; the fund has its own terms sheet. Third-party costs (notary, taxes, bank, translations) are passed through at cost.

3. Your obligations

You provide accurate documents and information, respond to identity checks required by law, and inform us of any change that affects your file.

4. Mandates and powers of attorney

Where you grant us a power of attorney, we act strictly within its scope and report every act performed.

5. Timelines

Administrative and banking timelines depend on third parties; we communicate realistic estimates and keep you informed, but cannot guarantee dates set by administrations.

6. Liability

MoroccoEntry is liable for the diligent performance of its coordination and management duties. It is not liable for decisions of administrations, banks or courts, nor for market performance. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel a service before execution starts; fees for work already performed and third-party costs incurred are due.

8. Law and disputes

Moroccan law applies. Before any court action, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution. Contact: info@moroccoentry.com.
