One of the main advantages for the foreign investor is the convertibility regime. An investment properly financed in foreign currency can, meeting the tax and documentary requirements, be transferred abroad in full: which is why we document the entry of your capital correctly from day one.
Investments financed in foreign currency and declared to the Office des Changes enjoy a transfer guarantee: capital, dividends, rents, sale proceeds, capital gains and liquidation proceeds go back abroad through your bank, once taxes are settled.
The titre foncier is a State-guaranteed title kept by the national land registry (ANCFCC): once registered, your ownership is definitive and opposable to anyone. We only work with titled plots, and the notary registers the deed in your name.
How we check and register your titleRental income, dividends and capital gains are taxed once, in Morocco, at known rates, and the treaties prevent paying again at home. We prepare the Moroccan filings and give you the certificates your own tax office asks for.
